Terms of Use
The straightforward rules for using YouTube Tools Hub.
Last updated: 16 October 2026.
The service
YouTube Tools Hub provides free online tools that retrieve and display publicly accessible YouTube thumbnails, channel images and metadata. The tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Availability and results depend on YouTube's own services and on what YouTube makes publicly accessible at the time of your request, which can change without notice.
Acceptable use
- Use the tools for lawful purposes and at a reasonable rate; automated abuse, attempts to overload the service, or attempts to bypass rate limits are not permitted.
- Do not use the tools to infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights.
- Do not misrepresent material obtained here, or use the site to harass or deceive others.
Intellectual property
Thumbnails, channel images, names, descriptions and tags shown by the tools belong to their respective owners (typically the channel or creator) and to YouTube/Google as applicable. Downloading an image through this site does not transfer any rights to you. It is your responsibility to have permission or another lawful basis before reusing downloaded material.
Accuracy
We work to show only genuine results, but we cannot guarantee that metadata is complete, current or error-free — YouTube controls the underlying data. If something looks wrong, let us know via the contact page.
Third-party services
The tools rely on YouTube's services. Your use of YouTube content remains subject to YouTube's own Terms of Service. This site has no control over YouTube's availability or decisions.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, YouTube Tools Hub is not liable for losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the tools, including reliance on retrieved metadata. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms or modify, suspend or discontinue any tool. The current version will always be posted here.
